Re Message from Ambulance Service.
I take your point. The original came to me from a reputable source complete with authentication etc. and I thought it could be good idea.
"Having spent a few years working in a hospital I know how anxious staff get when trying to locate family of accident victims.
There is a similar scheme about leaving a message inside a fridge (almost every one has one) inside a bottle with reference to your medication. Then if you stick a green cross (as opposed to a red cross) on your door if the ambulance crew is called they know to check the fridge! Perhaps a patient is too poorly to discuss medicines with them. They see the cross on the front door and go to the fridge! The bottle should also have a green cross on! No good rooting through a jar of pickles!!!"
Mind you, you COULD be dead by then!

Message from the Ambulance Service
We all carry our mobile phones with names & numbers stored in its
memory. If we were to be involved in an accident or were taken ill, the
people attending us would have our mobile phone but wouldn't know who to
call. Yes, there are hundreds of numbers stored but which one is the
